- We offer movies in 2 different file formats, namely high quality WMV files and MP4 files for your mobile device.
Playing WMV files

Please use Windows Media Player (Ver. 7 or higher), which is included with Windows, to play these files.
※Download and install Windows Media Player (free).
<Macintosh>
To play these files on your Macintosh, please use Quicktime with the Flip4Mac installed.
※The free version of Flip4Mac can only be used to play movies.
※Download Flip4Mac (free)
Playing mp4 files
Please use the iTunes function to copy the files to your mobile device. If you wish to play these files on your PC, you can use QuickTime.
※Download Quicktime and iTunes (free). - ■Q1-3 Are there any limits for downloading movies ?
- The daily download limit varies with the type of membership. With a 30 day membership you may download 7 GB every day. With a 90 day membership you may download 10 GB every day.
With a 180 day membership you may download 12 GB every day.
In case you reach this daily download limit, please wait until midnight Japanese standard time before trying to download again.
Furthermore, we do not allow more than 20 downloads in 1 hour.
You may also not download more than 3 items at a time. Please finish your current download before attemting to start a new one.
※Downloads that did not finish will also be counted towards the limit total, so please make sure to only start a download if you plan to completely download it. - ■Q1-4 How do I use the single download function ?
- In order to avoid server overload and/or errors and to provide fair and equal services to all our customers, we do not allow the use of download software such as REGET or FDM.
We kindly ask you to use your standard browser to download from our website.
If we find use of such invalid software we will not only disable your membership, limit access but also hold your subscription fees. The user acknowledges and agrees that such fees are non-refundable. - ■Q1-5 It suddenly stopped downloading…
- Reasons for this may be reaching your download limit, failure of your renewal transaction or due to issues with your PC and/or your network. Please contact our customer support in such a case.
- ■Q2-1 Will I be billed for additional fees applicable for international usage ?
- At Mania-oh.com, only monthly membership subscription fees applies. Additional charges for oversea connection will not be generated.
Besides this there will be no other fees from international phone services and such. In case you are using a dial up modem to connect to the internet, the only fee you will need to pay should be a local one from your phone to your provider's local access point. - ■Q2-2 What is the difference between click-fraud and internationally located web servers ?
- While our web servers are located in the United States, it is just the same as you access to the other website on the internet in your country of residence. It is duly licensed under the laws and regulations applicable to the US. No phising, scams or any kinds of fraud.
- ■Q2-3 Will I be billed in "Yen" or in "USD" ?
- You will be invoiced in US dollars.
Your credit card company will then withdraw the amount from your bank account in your local currency, using the applicable exchange - ■Q2-4 When will I be billed for my monthly membership? Will it be renewed automatically ?

At Mania-Oh.com, your membership account will be automatically renewed unless you submit us withdrawal requesting form.
Please submit your withdrawal requesting form at least 7 days before your next payment. - ■Q2-5 What credit card narratives will I see on my credit card bill ?

- ■Q3-1 I tried many times but it does not seem to accept my user ID / Password.
- Please try and complete all mandatory fields again, typical error occurs when mistyping capital letters as small letters. If you are sure you're filling in the correct information, please contact our support team providing us your log in information.
- ■Q3-2 Can I log in with my old log in information ?
- No, you can not log in with your old log in information. You need to create your new log in information for your new sign up.
User ID/Password
- ■Q4-1 Is there any minimum membership period ?
- There are various membership courses. The periods of membership range from 30 to 180 days.
- ■Q4-2 I can't process my credit card transaction.
- Please try and complete all mandatory fields again, make sure NOT to include any space, hyphen (-), under bar (_), or signs (i.e. $, &). Please issue an inquiry form with the error massages and status with session ID if the above instruction does not solve your situation.
- ■Q4-3 I have mistakenly typed wrong e-mail address to my application form. Is there any way to change it ?
- We will change your e-mail address for you. Please enter your user ID and password and contact us by issuing a support form.
- ■Q4-4 Can I pay by wire transfer ?
- We are sorry for any inconvenience that might cause to you, however we can not accept payment through wire transfer or Bit Cash now.
However we do accept payment by Credit Card. - ■Q4-5 I can't register using my free e-mail address.
- Due to security reasons, we do not accept registrations with certain free online e-mail accounts.
Please try again with an e-mail address from your internet provider or your mobile phone e-mail address.
Please note that due to security issues, e-mails from our site may sometimes be blocked by your e-mail provider.
Please check if you are able to receive e-mails from our site before registering. - ■Q4-6 I did not receive a payment confirmation e-mail.
- Upon completion of your transaction, you will receive a transaction completion mail.
In the event that you do not receive a mail, your transaction may have failed for the following reasons.

- ■Q4-8 What is the withdrawal procedure? When should I do it ?
- At Mania-oh.com, your monthly membership account will be automatically renewed upon its expiry. If you wish to withdraw, please submit us withdrawal form.
Please be advised that submitting withdrawal form must be done at least 7 days prior to the next renewal day of your membership account.
You should receive in your registered e-mail account, completion of termination procedure notice within 48 hours if it's successfully sent.
You should still be able to enjoy Mania-oh.com until the expiry date of your membership subscription. - ■Q4-9 I still can see movies even though I have properly terminated my membership account.
- Settlement period for your credit card may vary by each customers, you can still watch our movies as long as you have more days available during your membership period.
